Privilege Levels
0 - default privilege level. All users have it.
500 - moderator privilege level.
1000 - channel owner privilege level.

Polls
Votes on the current poll.
!vote [your choice]
Creates a poll if one doesn't exist.
!poll new [poll choices separated by ","]
Ends the poll. This does not show the results of the poll in chat.
!poll end
Shows the results of the poll in chat. This does not end the poll.
!poll results
Pauses the poll. When poll is paused, votes are ignored.
!poll pause
Unpauses the poll.
!poll unpause

Betting
Bet on a single number.
!bet [amount of coins] [number]
Bet on red.
!bet [amount of coins] red
Bet on black.
!bet [amount of coins] black
Bet on even.
!bet [amount of coins] even
Bet on odd.
!bet [amount of coins] odd
Bet on numbers from 1 to 12.
!bet [amount of coins] 1st12

Giveaways
Adds the caller to the giveaway pool. People who have previously won the current giveaway cannot rejoin.
!giveaway
Creates a giveaway if one doesn't exist.
!giveaway start
Picks a winner and print it out in chat. This does not end or pause the giveaway in any way. The winner is removed from the giveaway pool and cannot join or win this giveaway again.
!giveaway winner
Removes the giveaway and discards all information.
!giveaway end
Prints out relevant information about the current giveaway.
!giveaway status
Pauses the giveaway, preserving all information. People cannot join a paused giveaway.
!giveaway pause
Unpauses the giveaway if it is paused.
!giveaway unpause
Forcefully adds the user to the giveaway. There are no conditions that can prevent this.
!giveaway forcejoin [user name]
Forcefully kicks the user from the giveaway if they are in it. The user is unable to rejoin this giveaway.
!giveaway forcekick [user name]

Custom Commands
Adds a basic command that will make the bot respond with response text when the command is called. Command name SHOULDN'T have "!" in it.
!command add [command name] [response text]
Deletes the command.
!command delete [command name]
Change the response text of an existing command.
!command settext [command name] [response text]
Change the minimum privilege of an existing command. Default is 0.
!command setpriv [command name] [privilege number]
Change the cost (in coins) of an existing command. Default is 0.
!command setcost [command name] [cost number]
Change the cooldown of an existing command. Cooldown disables this command after being called, for x seconds. Default is 0.
!command setcooldown [command name] [cooldown number in seconds]
Change the repeat delay of an existing command. If repeat is set, this command will auto-repeat every x seconds. Set to 0 to disable. Minimum repeat is 20 seconds.
!command setrepeat [command name] [delay in seconds]
Set a minimum number of lines before a command can auto-repeat.
!command setrepeatlines [command name] [delay in chat lines]

Song Requests
Request a song to be added to the queue. Cost by default is "songrequest_base_cost" + "songrequest_cost_per_minute" for each minute over "songrequest_base_duration" seconds.
!request [youtube link]
!request [youtube 11-lettter video ID]
Pause the song. Privilege level 500+.
!request pause
Unpause the song. Privilege level 500+.
!request unpause
Set the volume on the youtube player. The range is from 0(muted) to 100(max).
!request setvolume [volume number from 0 to 100]
Vote to skip a the current song. The number of votes needed is the "skip_vote_percent" of the number of people who said anything in chat in the last "active_minutes". If the person who requested the current song uses this command, the song will skip without a vote.
!skip
Skip the song using the power of the mod sword.
!skip mod
Pay to skip the song. The cost is "skip_cost_flat" + "skip_cost_percent" of the users total coin balance.

Currency
Prints a link to currency information.
!currency
Gift some of your currency to someone.
!give [user name] [amount of currency]
Add some currency to someone. Privilege level 1000.
!add [user name] [amount of currency]
Remove some currency from someone. This can make someone's currency go into negative - that's an intended feature. Privilege level 1000.
!remove [user name] [amount of currency]

Other
Plays a game of Russian !roulette. Initially there is 1 bullet in the 6 chamber revolver. As people use the command, the chances of getting shot increases since every time someone survives, the chance of the bullet being in the next chamber increases. When someone is shot, the revolver is reloaded.
