Sports such as scuba-diving (surfing), windsurfing/kitesurfing (kitesurfing), snowboarding, and rock climbing will always inspire followers to explore new terrains.
Consider going in the off-season. You are taking a slight risk. Rainy season can be, well...rainy. Most places are stunning all year. Hotels will offer discounts or upgrades for guests who book special trips, such as a honeymoon and/or a wedding abroad.
