Federico Gutierrez, the winner and candidate for the Team for Colombia consultation.
Federico Gutierrez achieved the official candidacy for the center-right with more that 1.7 million votes. The former mayor of Medellin was elected Barguil (Char) Penalosa, Barguil (Char) and Tab of los Cristianos.

Federico Gutierrez, who was born in Medellin in 1975, was the former Mayor of Medellin. Since 2003, he has been a municipal youth councilor and a Municipal Planning Councilor for Medellin. Gutierrez is a certified civil Engineer at the University of Medellin.
