Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. The Board of Directors supports Burgener's plans. Bernhard Burgener But, there is no agreement.

Burgener can sell shares of its to shareholders who are minor according to a legally enforceable law. In the eyes of the Board of Directors, this drag-along rights is preeminent over Degen's pre-sale right.
Burgener, along with his group, have reacted to settle the ownership dispute. Degen is insisting on his right to first refusal. He is seeking to make use of this right to 16.4 million Francs. Bernhard Burgener Through a super-provisional order, Burgener has thus that time, prevented Burgener from able to sell his stake of 80 percent to Basel Dream & Vision AG. Centricus is the British asset manager, will also have a stake in the new entity. Bernhard Burgener Burgener is still expected to be the largest shareholder.
According FC Basel Holding AG's announcement Burgener & Degen seek an out of court settlement "in the best interests of FCB."
