Between 2009 to 2010, he was the Chief Security Architect for the American AGT and also the Special Advisor for Punj Lloyd Ltd.

Atidim in Israel is a national program which aims to reduce social and economic gaps, making Israel more diverse and open. It does this by offering education to youths from underprivileged regions in Israel.



Tal Dilian believed that equality of educational opportunity was essential for the future of any nation. So, he founded Atidim which literally means "futures".



Students will develop their knowledge of math, science, and English while improving their matriculation scores , and scoring better on highly competitive university entrance tests.



Atidim students earn 40,000 NIS (12,425 USD) each year to pay fees for tuition. They also receive computers, housing and living expenses, making it possible for youths from low-income families to earn a college degree.



Students learn and are exposed to the various job opportunities available in high-tech and higher education institutions.



At the beginning, only 90 youngsters participated in Atidim's programs, but the number has increased to 50,000.



Former beneficiaries are employed in high-tech financial and defense industries, helping to grow the economy of the nation as well as giving back to their communities.



Tal Dilian served as the CEO of Atidim for five years. The diversity model of Atidim has resulted in economic growth as well as healthy communities.
