Background story : Anak angkat dari pasangan Eguchi Benjiro dan Satou Hideo. Kedua orang tuanya ini adalah Gay. Inilah salah satu alasan mengapa Kaito selalu di kucilkan di sekolahnya dulu, ya, karena orang tuanya sendiri.
Tapi sejujurnya, ia sendiri tidak keberatan.
Sepertinya, kelainan ini menurun ke Kaito. Ia seorang Gay, penyuka sesama jenis. Dan kekasihnya adalah Jio. Tapi yang Kaito dengar, ibu angkat Jio tidak menyukai hubungannya dengan Jio lantaran Jio adalah seorang pria penghibur.
Lagi, Kaito tidak keberatan dengan ini. Dengan isengnya ia malah mengikut kekasihnya yang kabarnya di pindahkan oleh sang ibu ke Van Raalte, tentu saja tanpa sepengetahuan ibu angkat kekasihnya itu.
