Background Story:
Hazel smith adalah anak kedua dari pasangan Sean Smith dan Kim Sujeong. Ayahnya merupakan Arsitek terkenal di Seoul dan Ayahnya membantu pembuatan kembali sekolah Hanlim High School. Ibunya merupakan Fashion Designer yang memiliki brand bernama 'Vouz Moi' yang sedang menuju pasar Internasional. Ibunya juga seorang peramal di waktu luangnya. Dibandingkan kakak dan adiknya, ia sangat pemalu dan sedikit tertutup dikarenakan ia memiliki Hapephobia atau ketakutan terhadap sentuhan fisik. Ia sangat sensitif akan sentuhan fisik, apalagi jika orang yang menyentuhnya bukan orang yang ia kenal atau keluarganya. Hazel juga merupakan anak Indigo yang ternyata menurun dari Ibunya.
Hazel yang sedang menuju kelas 3 terpaksa dipindahkan dari Los Angeles menuju Seoul, tepatnya menuju Hanlim High School dikarenakan orangtuanya ingin Hazel lulus di Korea sama seperti kakaknya. Kakaknya lah yang merekomendasi Hazel untuk masuk ke sekolah yang pernah ia masukki terdahulu. Tetapi kakaknya merahasiakan akan rahasia Hanlim High School yang ternyata memiliki 'penghuni' rahasia.
