Atidim in Israel is a national initiative that works to close the gap in socio-economics and make Israel more inclusive and diverse. It accomplishes this through providing educational opportunities for children living in the most disadvantaged areas of Israel.

Atidim was initially home to 90 young talents who participated in its activities. But, now there are at least 50,000.

The former beneficiaries are now working in the high-tech and financial sectors. This helps to improve the economy, and also help their communities.

One that focuses particularly on developing southern Israel and specifically the Negev region.

In 2005 in 2005, the Israeli government approved a 17 billion NIS (5 billion USD) 10-year plan for the development of the Negev region which was predominantly a desert area.

The Negev region covers 60% of the territory of Israel however only 8 percent of the population resided there at the time Daroma was founded.

Tal Dilian and his cofounders were aiming to draw people into the area and inspire them to stay.

DaromaTzafona is now known as DaromaTzafona due to its focus on the development of Israel's northern Galilee.

The company boasts an increase of 6% annually , and employs more than 4000 people across its various regions.

Additionally, he contributed to the society by founding non-profit organizations that provide the highest quality education and high-tech industry. Atidim and Daroma Tzafona emphasized the socio-economic mobility and social inclusion of the youth of the North and South of Israel.
