The dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen is one more move. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. But, there is no agreement.

Burgener and his group have now made an announcement in the ongoing dispute between the ownership. Bernhard Burgener Degen is seeking to take advantage of his right of first refusal to 16.4 million Francs. Burgener was able sell his 80-percent stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG, but Degen has an injunction that is superprovisional. The British asset manager Centricus could also own an interest in the new entity. Burgener will still have the majority of the votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener (and Degen) are seeking an out-of-court settlement of the "interests of FCB"
