Bernhard Burgener requests David Degen's shares to be sold.

Bernhard Burgener, David Degen and their disagreement regarding FC Basel's owner's name is only the latest step. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. But, there's no agreement.
Monday's meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG was successful. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren all approved the plans of the previous owner. According to the statement of the holding company he demanded Degen to sell the stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
Burgener is able to sell shares of its to shareholders who are minor according to a law that is legally binding. The Board of Directors says that Degen's presale right is overridden by this so-called dragalong right.
Burgener and his team have made an attempt to settle the dispute with the owners.
