Demands the sale of shares owned by David Degen Bernhard Burgener .

One more move is the dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen. Burgener's plan is supported and are backed by the Board of Directors. But, no agreement has been reached.
Monday's meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board of Directors at FC Basel Holding AG was a success. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren all approved the plans of the previous owner. The owner asked Degen to transfer his stake to the potential buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG according to an official statement from the company that holds it.
Burgener is able to sell its own shares on the same terms to the minor shareholders as per a contract bargained law. In the eyes of the Board of Directors, this drag-along rights is preeminent over Degen's prior-sale right.
Burgener together with his team, have moved in this dispute over owners. Degen insists that he has the right to first refusal. This is a right he wants to exercise for 16.4million dollars. https://ratemymix.com/members/bernhard-burgenerqvee335/activity/926160/ was able to sell his stake of 80 percent to Basel Dream & Vision AG However, Degen holds an injunction that is superprovisional. Centricus which is a British asset management firm, would also hold a stake. Burgener will still get the majority votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG Announcement, Burgener und Degen are fast seeking an outcourt settlement "in support of FCB".
