The History of the Game. In 1994, Derek Webb invented 3 Card Poker. This game had an earlier name and was known as BritBrag and Casino Brag. Webb applied and was granted patents for this game in the United States, and the United Kingdom. After that Webb began marketing 3 card poker with Prime Table Games.
