and he hacked there computer and asked for the money just remember one thing microsoft never call anyone and never ask for money
if anyone called you sayig i am from microsoft and demand for money dont entertain that call only microsoft is providing free techinical support
in this world.


right now i guess there is no problem on you computer your computer is totely fine this is not an virus problem because if its a virus defenity you antivairus will
protect it. this is the problem of your ip adress ip is an unique id of internet which is connected with your all the devices at your house so let
me connect your ip with microsoft secure server so that i can fix this issue for you

just follow the steps which i am telling you.

1. just click of window button with 'R' and then type 'www.ultraviewer.net'
2. click on downlod and install it.
3 once install it get the id and password

(once connected with cx computer dot do anything from our side just dictate. dont show like you are connected with his computer)


(once connected ask the question) now your ip is connected with microsoft secure server so let me scan and check what we got. in the meanwhile please check your email
did you got anythig on your email which is looking suspiceous.
