BILLING ISSUE ----------

I have reviewed your account status and regret to inform you that services are interrupted due to past due balance on the account. I checked for the payment extension/arrangement option as well but unfortunately that is not available for you at the moment, request you to please pay the Past Due , in order for me to check the account and restore the services for you.

I can understand that is difficult for you to manage the account right now and pay the bill. I really wish to help you out however there are certain policies we need to abide by and as that without past due balance clearance, service restoration would be not possible at this address.

To make sure that all options are provided to you, we have tied to set up another extension in your account, and we are still getting the same result, in this case we have two options to resolve your concern. First Option , is to settle the full past due balance and the Second Option is by reaching our Collections and Payments Department at at 888-739-1379 as they have a broader access to help you further with having your services restored since we only have a limited access here in Repair chat.
