Well, I've relapsed yesterday at work and since then can't stop smoking... I experience extreme stress and self-loathing. Don't know what to do. I'm just tired... Everything sucks.
Ariel I relapsed on my 6th day after a really ugly argument with my sister at my mother's 80th birthday afternoon tea. I feel the same. When I got home I did the 555 but I couldn't handle the anger and sadness and I bought a pack of 20 smokes and a bottle of wine and the rest, as they say, is history. 5 days later I'm back to 40 smokes a day and loathing myself. I've restarted the program and have just finished day 2. I realise now that I need some counseling and have to get some additional strategies for my temper. I've told my family not to visit unless they call first and I've cancelled some family stuff that I think will trigger me. I'm sending you lots of love Adiel.
