1. Duel
Duel adalah pertarungan mantra antara 2 duelist dengan grade yang sama. Jika kedua duelist berasal dari grade yang berbeda, maka yang digunakan sebagai patokan adalah grade terendah. Hal ini dikarenakan jenis mantra dan status awal para duelist berbeda setiap gradenya. Contohnya jika ada 2 duelist dari grade 1 dan grade 4, maka yang dipakai adalah mantra-mantra dan status awal grade 1. Semakin tinggi grade duelist, semakin banyak pula mantra yang bisa digunakan, begitu pun dengan semakin tingginya status awal. Duel di A_H menggunakan hp/mp dalam statusnya. Hp adalah health point (nyawa) dan mp adalah magical point (energi). Jika seorang duelist memiliki hp 0, bisa dipastikan dia pingsan. Tapi jika dia memiliki mp 0, dia tidak punya cukup energi untuk membalas serangan lawan. Besaran hp/mp yang akan dikurangkan dari pemakaian suatu mantra tergantung pada mantra itu sendiri. Semakin besar damage yang dihasilkan, semakin besar pula mp yang akan dikurangi.
2. Charm
Charm adalah salah satu jenis mantra dalam dunia sihir. Charm berbeda dengan mantra jenis spell. Dalam konteks duel, mantra charm dapat membuat lawan patuh pada perintah penyerang.
