Ripple
The consensus rules of the Ripple consensus algorithm provide an upper and lower bound on the number of valid blocks in the blockchain: there can be no more than 100,000 valid blocks (in the case of a tie, the oldest block) and no fewer than 100 blocks (assuming that not all have been mined on a given node). As a consequence of this, a validator can always tell the approximate age and number of unspent outputs of a transaction that hasn’t been mined. This rule of thumb enables both nodes and transactions to carry out the consensus of the Ripple network, especially in the case of long transactions that will have a multiple of 100 unspent outputs.

Transaction lifetime

The lifetime of a particular transaction is determined in part by the size of the transaction output (inputs[c] are not considered in the size of transaction outputs), the size of the transaction input (outputs[c] are not considered in the size of transaction inputs), the amount of bitcoin transferred, and the amount of bitcoin sent back to the same address within the same timeframe.

In every block, there are four types of transactions: Those that do not reference a previous transaction by its hash (e.g. normal payments), those that input the hash of one transaction into an output of another (e.g.change-send), those that pay out to a newly created address (e.g. change-receive), and those that take a previously unspent output and send it to a newly created address (in addition to normal payments, this is the only way that a single transaction can result in two outputs). The transaction involving the smallest amount of bitcoin is considered the largest.

Because the amount of transaction fees charged for a large transaction is large relative to the volume of small transactions within a given timeframe, a transaction that creates a new output will more often than not bear more transaction fees than one that changes a previous output.[ ]

Transactions that pay out to the same address are counted with one transaction output and counted with one of the transaction inputs. This is because one transaction output can be included as an input to a single output, and vice versa.

Transaction fees

Satoshi Nakamoto
Transaction fees are charged for every transaction on the network and are split between payees. https://best-forex-brokers-ng.com/ They are paid by the sender of a transaction to the recipient of that transaction. Transaction fees are collected by miners, who are the only individuals able to create bitcoins.
