Our goal is to consolidate patients into the Spark offices for these locations. The first phase of the transition is to begin scheduling all new patients in the five (5) locations listed above at Spark. Effective immediately, WE (Global) should NOT be scheduling or rescheduling the following appointments for the locations above:
1. Consults - all new patients
2. Recalls: New Patients - patients put on a recall that never started treatment
3. Recalls: In Between Tx Phases - patients put on a recall that are in between treatment phases
4. Re-evals - any re-eval scheduled that is not currently in active treatment

Essentially, any patient that would like to schedule an appointment in one of the offices above that is NOT in active treatment needs to schedule with Spark.

We are not rescheduling patients in Springfield currently. Please have staff use the script provided below. Only send emergencies for Springfield via AIFs.
Script:
“Our Springfield location is temporarily without an Orthodontist. All future orthodontic appointments in this location are pending until further notice. While we understand this is not an ideal situation, we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible and will reach out to you once we are able to schedule appointments again. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate through this change in providers. If you are in active treatment and are experiencing pain or discomfort, we can send a request over to the clinical team and someone will call you back.”
Note: we will not schedule Evals for New Patients, you can create the file and the office will call them back once once we are scheduling again.
