Fungsi rank sendiri adalah untuk menentukan jumlah skill yg bisa dipakai saat battle
2. Passive Skill
Passive skill adalah skill yang aktif secara otomatis tanpa memakan turn dan mengurangi SP/HP. Biasanya skill ini berguna utk menambah damage dari skill aktif.
Passive skill terbagi menjadi :
- Elemental Boosts
Terdiri dari dua yaitu Boost dan Amp yang berfungsi utk meningkatkan serangan skill elemental. Boost fungsinya menambah efek serangan sebanyak 25% dari efek awal dan Amp menambah 50%nya.
Contoh : ice boost
Glacier memiliki damage awal -16HP jika memiliki ice boost maka 16÷(25%x16)=-20HP YDS
Contoh : Amp
Jika Amp maka menjadi ( skill yg dipakai masih glacier ) 16+(50%x16)=24HP YDS
- Ailments Boosts
fungsinya untuk menambah efek dari ailment. Contohnya pada skill tamer onidoku yg merupakan ailment poison. Awal efek poison yaitu mengurangi 10%HP lawan tiap turn. Dengan ailment boost maka onidoku efeknya menjadi 20%HP lawan yg berkurang tiap turn.
- Attack Boosts
(tidak ada di xZA)
- Auto Recoveries
Berfungsi menambah HP/SP. Auto recovery ada dua yaitu regen yg berfungsi menambah HP dan invirogate yg berfungsi menambah SP.
- Nullfies dan Absords
null digunakan untuk menolak dan absorb menyerap serangan menjadi HP sendiri.
- Supports
Supporting skill contohnya auto shubiyoku dan auto khoheiyoku. Skill ini aktif saat mulai battle selama 3 turn. Dengan aktifnya skill ini membuat SP tidak berkurang.
- Attributes
Yang termasuk attributes skill adalah exorcist master dan healing master.
