Bitcoin mining uses an incentive structure that incorporates a proof-of-work system. The mining process involves releasing bitcoin into the general population through a release of transactions into the block-chain such that everyone can verify the creation of bitcoins. https://ffbox.online/ What distinguishes a true proof-of-work system from a proof-of-stake system is that the primary purpose of mining in a proof-of-work system is to assist the verification of a unique, tamper-proof ledger. Once a group of transactions called a block has been verified, it becomes validated. If a group of validated blocks is stored in the blockchain, it becomes part of the blockchain.
Hyperledger fabric
Blockchain is an example of a platform that uses a distributed database structure with a distributed consensus mechanism for maintaining the database and the consensus. Hyperledger fabric refers to a specification for blockchain used for e-government. The specifications of Hyperledger are maintained by the Linux Foundation.:cite book Review: “The implementation of blockchain technologies in government and industry is becoming more common due to their potential to improve the way governments and business facilitate transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with regulations.”
Blockchain may also refer to:
Blockchain (finance), the process of recording and storing all financial transactions in a global public ledger, a.k.a. global database
Blockchain (law) is a distributed, decentralized, secure system for the electronic transfer of data
Bitcoin blockchain, the public ledger of all transactions of bitcoin
Blockchain applications, are data sets distributed over a network of individual computers
Blockchain technology, a distributed data structure for records that are shared and stored in a decentralized fashion

Chain
A hierarchy of connected data objects, with many elements representing data contained in one element above. The hierarchy is also often visually represented by a chart, and if there are many elements in the hierarchy, then the chart is also called a network diagram (or sometimes, a directed graph).
Chain is used to refer to each level in the hierarchy in terms of the total sequence of values in the level above. The chain of a given value is the longest path to the first occurrence of that value in the hierarchy. For example, in a chain of 10 items each item in the chain is in the sequence of the next item in the hierarchy, so that the chain of the item "abcd" is abcd, abcd, abcd, abcd, and
