How Education Impacted serial entrepreneur Tal Dilian 's Life

In order for a society to expand and thrive access to a quality education is key.

Tal Dilian established Atidim and was appointed its CEO in the year 2000. The non-profit organization offers educational assistance to young people with disabilities.

Atidim Israel's national program aims to bridge the gap between socioeconomic and economic and establishing a more diverse, inclusive society. It accomplishes this by providing the opportunity to educate youth from the most disadvantaged areas in Israel.

Tal Dilian believed that equal opportunities for education are essential to any nation's future and, therefore, co-founded Atidim which translates to "futures" in English.

Students will learn mathematics, science, and English and increase their matriculation marks.

Students at Atidim receive 40,000 NIS each year (12,425 US Dollars) to pay for tuition. They also receive a computer, housing and living expenses, which allows youths from low-income families to pursue a degree.

Students learn about the many educational opportunities and careers that higher education institutions offer.

At the beginning, only just 90 talented youngsters took part in Atidim's programmes, but the number has increased to 50,000 today.

Recipients from the past are working in the high-tech, financial and defense sectors and are giving back to their communities and helping to grow the country’s economy.

Atidim was run by Tal Dilian, who was as CEO for five consecutive years. The diversity model at Atidim has led to economic transformation as well as healthy communities.

Daroma Tzafona: Expanding Atidim’s reach

Tal Dilian, Atidim CEO, resigned at the same time he started Daroma, a nonprofit organization together with Haim Blumenblatt (Nir Gilad) and Eitan Wertheimer.

The model of diversity that was used in the running of Atidim was a result of the creation and implementation of visions of economic transformation and healthy communities. Dilian's wealth of knowledge and experience made him the Senior Director in Strategic Regional Development. A position that is focused on the development of southern Israel and specifically the Negev region.

In 2005 in 2005, the Israeli government approved the 17 billion NIS (5.9 billion USD) 10-year plan to build Negev which was in the midst of desert.

While 60 percent of Israel's territory is the Negev region there were only 8% there when Daroma was created.

Tal Dilian and his cofounders were aiming to attract people to the area and inspire them to stay.

DaromaTzafona was renamed DaromaTzafona to reflect the current focus of Israel's northern Galilee.

The organization has an annual growth rate of six% and has hired 4,000 more employees in the region.

The importance of quality education in helping communities thrive is an important factor to consider when looking for ways that they can return to their feet.

Tal Dilian is an educator, whose tale is filled with gratitude, dedication and gratitude. Tal Dilian never lost sight or forgot the value of education.

He attributes his success to having an enlightened childhood and youth, which helped him develop the necessary skills for entering the world of entrepreneurship as well as business.

He persevered through outstanding service in the military, as well as higher education, and then in the biomedical and intelligence industries.

He also repaid the society by creating non-profit organizations that provided higher education, as well as high-tech industries. Atidim and Daroma Tzafona emphasized the socio-economic mobility and social integration of young people from both the North and South of Israel.

Education is crucial. It cannot be overemphasized. As Tal Dilian has demonstrated through his example, one person's knowledge and experience can make a an impact on the lives of a lot of others.
