Tal Dilian was educated in Jerusalem by teachers and was fortunate to be awarded an award to attend the prestigious High School. He couldn't imagine not having the many opportunities that the high school curriculum offered at the time.



Opportunities that contributed to his success in career and philanthropy.



In this Jerusalem Gymnasium, students of all backgrounds received the same education. The school encouraged students to achieve their academic potential regardless of their socioeconomic backgrounds.



Giving all students access to quality education is essential in fostering growth and advancement within the society. Tal's understanding of this concept left him with a lasting impression.

Later, he was Chief of Command for the Technological Unit.



As an army officer, he was awarded the Israeli Defense Prize. It is the highest award for an individual who makes outstanding contribution to Israel security. The formal education he received taught him the skills which made his military career possible.

Tal Dilian was elected a member of the board of Stratasys 3D printer maker in 2010. He was later promoted to the role of Executive Vice-President for Global Products and Technology.



His responsibility is to oversee the entire lifecycle of a product. This includes global R&D and the product market.



In recent times, Tal Dilian has had great success with his latest business venture, Intellexa.



This technology was developed in collaboration with Law Enforcement Agencies and Intelligence agencies. Intellexa provides Law Enforcement Agencies intelligence reports which assist in catching criminals. This is done by gathering and analysing information. This report allows for faster and more efficient results, which enhances the efficiency of their work.



Dilian founded and invested in ventures in biomedical and medical industries, such as Medovie.

In 2000, Tal Dilian co-founded and became the CEO of Atidim an organization that is non-profit and that provides education to children who are disadvantaged.



Atidim is a program of the national government that is in operation in Israel that aims to narrow the socio-economic gap and build an open and diverse society. It assists the most disadvantaged youth in Israel to pursue an education.



Tal Dilian was of the opinion that equal educational opportunities are essential to any nation's future and, therefore, cofounded Atidim which translates to "futures" in English.



Students will be able to improve their English as well as math, science and understanding and score better on university entrance tests.



To pay tuition, Atidim students are entitled to an amount of 40,000 NIS (12.425 USD) annually. Tal Dilian Students who come from families with low incomes are also eligible for a computer, housing, or living allowance that provides them with the opportunity to pursue an education.



Students are exposed to the possibilities for learning and career opportunities at universities as well as high-tech companies.



Atidim began with just 90 young talents who participated in its activities. But, now there are 50,000.



Former beneficiaries are working in the high-tech, financial , and defense sectors, advancing the country's economy while helping their communities.

Atidim's CEO was Tal Dilian for five years. The success of Atidim in creating an environment of diversity has resulted in growth and economic development and the formation of healthy communities.



Daroma Tzafona: Expanding Atidim’s reach



Tal Dilian left Atidim as CEO in the middle of the year. In the same time, he created the nonprofit Daroma together with Haim Florblatt, Nir Gilad, Eitan Wertheimer.



Atidim was governed on the foundation of diversity. It was founded on the principles of growth and prosperity, healthy communities and a model that promoted the inclusion of all people. The senior director for Strategic Regional Development was the result of all the wisdom and experience Dilian has amassed. A position that is focused on the growth of southern Israel and specifically the Negev region.



In 2005, the Israeli government ratified the 17-billion NIS (5 billion USD) 10 year development plan for the Negev.



While 60 percent of Israel's land area is the Negev region there were only 8% there at the time Daroma was created.



The main goal of Tal Dilian and his three cofounders was to not only attract people to the area but in addition, to attract businesses and other government agencies to it.



DaromaTzafona has been renamed DaromaTzafona to reflect the current focus of Israel's northern Galilee.



The organization has an annual rate of growth of six% and has employed 4,000 additional employees in the region.



It is essential to think about how education can aid the community regain its vitality.



Tal Dilian's story of education is one of love and gratitude. Tal never lost sight of his origins and the importance education can bring to him.



The reason he has achieved his success is due and a balanced childhood and youth to his capacity to break into the entrepreneurial and business world.



He was a soldier in the military, in high school, and later in the biomedical intelligence and cyber security industries.



He also gave back to the community through the creation of non-profit organizations that provided higher education and high-tech industries. Atidim Tzafona and Daroma Tzafona concentrated on the social and economic mobility of the underprivileged youths of North Israel and South.
