1. Checking Cherwell for new tickets and send to teams (Both mrng and EOD activity)
- after receiving L1 L2 L3 details from Sathya/avinash, assign the tickets to respective members in excel
- Assign the same in Cherwell and send mails to team as pls do the assignments
- Reassign the tickets which belongs to EDI teams in Cherwell and make a note of those EDI tickets in separate personal excel and at EOD create a new ticket for the no.of tickets assigned to EDI
- Send mails to Dev teams for tickets which belongs to them as they don't have Cherwell. After receiving response from them like ''will tc, pls close at ur end'' we have to close the tickets
2. Closing duplicate tickets
3. Checking ageing tickets in spotfire and send mail to team accordingly(opt)
4. Checking P2 tickets in Cherwell and assign to team (Checking P2 in every 2 hours)
