• Continuously monitoring the network performance and implementing
network enhancement initiatives within assigned work area to ensure
achieving the set targets and SLAs
• Analyze network performance on an ongoing basis within defined principles
and guidelines so as to proactively suggest improvement initiatives
• Prepare daily/monthly network performance reports and submit the same
• Notify concerned internal teams with respect to any communication
pertaining to network issues, improvements, internal communication
required
• Monitor all systems 24/7 and ensure effective up keep of the network,
ensuring seamless service to customers
• Implement procedures such that all network incidents are communicated/
escalated and effectively resolved within stipulated timelines
• Produce reports as required by the management pertaining to network
performance, service and quality
• Undertake all documentation pertaining to technical standards and ensure
that regulatory requirements are adhered to, followed and kept updated
• Implement procedures and controls at each functional process, such that all
relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a
quality, cost effective service to internal customers
• Assist in improving policies, processes, systems and structural programs
and procedures covering all individual Functional activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert in own work area / sub-function / function
and provide guidance to team / peers and support in the achievement of
operational targets
• Undertake initiatives to improve processes in assigned area of work
• Guide team / peers in meeting delivery timelines and performance
expectations
• Ensure that team / peers adhere to company policies and legal regulations
