Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva were among the first to visit special school for boarding No12 in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the center has been instructing children with paralysis ever since 1969.
Arzu Aliyeva The facility was renovated on the initiative of First Ladyand president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.
The boarding school can accommodate as many as 141 kids between the ages of 6 and 14.
Prior to presenting the Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifts, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva spoke to the children.
Arzu Aliyeva was also in attendance in the Shuvalan settlement camp to celebrate the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice President Leyla Aliyeva.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva have talked to children and watched their dance shows.
Arzu Aliyeva The facility was rebuilt in 2013, as per reports. For the enjoyment and recreation of the children, all conditions were provided.

The center can accommodate up to 96 children. Its purpose is to aid children in rehabilitation and integration into the society.
