Chapter 1

She ran. Ran away from everything. The fighting, the screaming, the problems in her life. She wanted to go to an other country, to an other state, change identety and start a new life. Yet she knew she couldn't possibly do that. And even if she could, it wasn't the right decision, that's for sure. it started raining. Great. The last thing she wanted was to get sick. In one week she was going to collage, or to be more accurate, she was going to "heaven". She called it that because being away from her parents's arguments


Chapter 1

It was raining outside. The sound was beautiful, much more than the sight of the streets that were now rivers or the lightnings that just by looking at them, made Elizabeth's skin shiver.She was covered up with a blunket, on her bed, in her room with the door shut. A cup of hot chocolate in the right hand and on the left one, the letters that arrived in the mail the very same day. She saw bills, letters from lerative and some books that she had ordered. But still she couldn't find that one letter that she has been waiting despertly for months! She got up with a dissapointed and angry expression in her face. She opened her room's door but instantly regreted it once she heard her parents yelling for the seventh time this day. The only thing she was grateful was that they were arguing in their bedroom, or should she say her mom's bedroom since her dad has been sleeping in the couch for the past three weeks. She ignored them as usual and went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. as she was about to return to her room, she heard the bell ring. She figured that her parents were too busy shouting at eachother so she made her way to the door. She opened and found nothing but a letter. She picked it up to see who has send it. it was addressed from Oxfored University Law School. It was the letter she has been waiting! She closed the door skaking nernously and went back to her room. She placed the glass of water in her desk, shuts the door and goes to seat in the chair. The envelope looked big. That has got to mean something. Well either way, she wouldn't wait to find out so she ripped it open and started reading "Dear Elizabeth Quennes, with grate.... honor?.... we would like to inform you that you have been accepted to Oxfored University Law School with a 75% scholarship! We would like to also let you know that there has been some sort of a mix up. Unfortunately there is not a single female student left that uses the rooms that our University requieres to live with you for the next seven years with us. But fortunately for you we have found you two male roomates that accepted living with you. We are deeply sorry for the mix up and we hope that you wont have a problem
