Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they visited the Shuvalan Settlement summer camp of Orphanage No1 as well as the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents at the Foundation, went to first Khazar District special boarding School No12.

In 2010, Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady) started the repair work on the facility.
The boarding schools can accommodate up to 140 children aged 6-14 years.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva spoke with the children prior to making gifts for them by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The foundation informed them that Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the 1930-built facility was being reconstructed and upgraded in 2005.

The facility can house as many as 39 children according to the information provided.
The orphans were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

They were informed that the building was rebuilt at the request of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2009.
The hospital is home to 103 children served by an staff of 90 medical professionals.

The facility, which can accommodate up to 96 children will be able to integrate children into the local community as well as offering rehabilitation.
