Why Survival Island for Minecraft was the Best Fun i had in a Long Time

I have been playing various games for a long time and personally , I've started to get a bored with the same old games, run in, kill stuff and then get out. die.

I've recently been seeking out a different way to play so I decided to try Minecraft an attempt. I had heard a lot of positive reviews about the sandbox style gameplay of Minecraft, it gave me confidence that it would be a good alternative to my gaming.

So I downloaded Minecraft and thought at first... Oh my god, what am I doing. The graphics aren't terrible, but they are close. Before I knew I was playing for hours and loved the game. Minecraft really got hold of me and inspired me to play more and more.

I began to look for more challenging challenges in Minecraft to help me continue enjoying it. Some of the creations made me believe there was a lot more to it than I originally thought.

I stumbled across the Survival Island Minecraft map. It was exactly the thing I was looking for (especially as a huge fan of the castaway). So I eagerly downloaded the map and started loading up Minecraft, I was excited.

After loading into Minecraft and then the map , I thought I was wondering how do I survive here, I guess that's the question.

From what I can recall the island is comprised of a very small base of sand along with some dirt, and a tree. I did experience a sense of anxiety that I had not experienced prior to playing Minecraft, all I thought was "I must survive."

After a few more hours of gaming, I was completely in the Minecraft Survival Island way, I had underground tree farms, automated cactus farms, bonemeal to make seeds and lots of other activities I felt great.

Then, all of the sudden, disaster occurred! I mined in an unsuitable direction, and let water seep into my underground cavern.

I quickly plugged the leak with a bit of dirt and then blocked it by covering it with dirt to ensure that I didn't make that same mistake again.

I highly recommend playing the Minecraft Survival Island map as it gives a real edge of excitement that you can't get when playing normal. You're a bit anxious and nervous about what's coming.
