Minecraft builds are a large element of the experience for the community in everyone's favourite game about punching down trees. There are many amazing things to be seen. From the practical such as this YouTuber changing Pac-Man into an horror show, to more traditional like these Civilisation VI cutscene replicas. While a majority of them are just pure imagination, occasionally Mojang has competitions that players to be inspired.
The latest build challenge was all about Star Wars, with Mojang challenging players to create incredible objects from the universe of Jar Jar Binks with blocks. Ashwood won the contest for his design of the Vuutun Palaa (a Lucrehulk Class battleship which was in charge during the Naboo invasion in Episode 1) In secret, the best Star Wars film.
Ashwood, who goes under Gumliii in Reddit Ashwood, who is Gumliii on Reddit, said that the build does not have an interior as of now however, they are looking into the possibility of adding one. Gumliii has built some Star Wars-themed models that can be seen on their Planet Minecraft page. They also announced that they'll upload this build there so you can play with it. Be aware that it's a large diameter of approximately 1,300 blocks, and it uses the full height limit of 383 blocks. It's big.
The other entries to the contest include stunning cityscapes, as well as the recreation of famous models and battles too. You may be wondering how they put these pieces together. Many of the larger models use plugins like WorldEdit to simplify things. Gumliii took two weeks to build it. It's still a massive effort, even with the plugins.

This Lego-built Minecraft piston is a great illustration of complex designs. It is moving but they didn't make Redstone work which is the most impressive part.
