I. PENDAHULUAN
Duel adalah praktek dalam budaya sihir dimana dua atau lebih penyihir dalam satu pertempuran menggunakan mantra dan tongkat sihir.
II. TATA CARA BERDUEL
Kedua penyihir saling berhadapan, membungkuk, lalu beradu mantra. Sebisa mungkin untuk menjadi pemenang duel harus melucuti senjata lawan, melukai lawan atau mengalahkan lawan.
Di Asrama_Hogwarts, duel menggunakan Turn-Based System, yaitu kedua penyihir merapal mantra secara bergantian dengan memperhatikan nyawa dan tenaga sampai salah satu dinyatakan faints atau pingsan.
III. ISTILAH DALAM DUEL
- PN (Penyerang) : Perapal mantra.
- YDS (Yang Diserang) : Penerima serangan mantra duel.
- Health Point (HP) : Darah; akan berkurang jika diserang mantra oleh lawan. Jika HP mencapai 0 maka dinyatakan faints.
- Magic Point (MP) : Energi; akan berkurang jika merapal mantra. Jika MP mencapai 0 maka belum dinyatakan faints.
IV. PERATURAN DALAM DUEL
- Dilarang memakai mantra grade yang lebih tinggi.
- Boleh memakai mantra grade yang lebih rendah.
- Mendapat tambahan 2MP setiap melewati turn ke-2, yaitu pada turn ke-3, -6, -9, dst.
- Jika pada turn ke-15 MP masih dalam stat awal, tidak bisa menambah 2MP.
- Penyihir yang mendapat giliran kedua langsung ditambah 2MP.
