Are men and women equal in Japan? Ask Japanese BOYS about their opinion on gender equality.

Boys in Japan is also the same with the boys here in the Philippines. They are divided as well based on what they experience and saw in the society. What i admire about the boys in Japan is that they notice or acknowledge that women can also lead especially in the household and relationship which majority of Filipino men still think that it is impossible for a woman to lead. Japanese men also acknowledge women have become a lot stronger by strength and mind. Unlike Filipino boys still think like Andrew Tate. Though they are the same with thinking of not having equality with woman which they based on the so called privileged that a woman has in the society like maternity leaves, ladies first and so on. Which if we dig into the history, men should not have the audacity to question women's privilege now.


My emotions while watching this video is I am somehow happy because again these boys' acknowledging women for not being weak. I sometimes raised my eyebrow when they talked about those so-called holidays for women like there is a reason behind it, that's why we need to have that kind of privileged. And understanding them about that situation like what the Japanese boy said when there is a harassment in public like in the train, it is easy to say that a man did that than a woman did that thing.

1. The age policy in school.
2. The way of greetings which like you can't hug anyone when you meet them in public.
3. Very strict especially when it comes to behaving in public and loud noises.

They think women has a lot of privileges in the society rather than men.
