- Why do you want to work here?
I bought my $2000 laptop from here over a year ago, I pay Best Buy $200 a year for Total Tech Support so I definitely trust the company. and contrary to my most recent job, the corporation is generous enough to offer benefits and overtime pay It is also large enough to offer flexible shifts lots of growth in my position, both of which I will take advantage of.
- Why should we hire you?
I have almost two years of experience in sales and warehouse employment that includes loading and unloading merchandise from the vehicles of customers, and operating a fork lift and pallet jack both on the store floor while being cautious of customers and in the back warehouse. I also am pursuing a degree in Computer Science which, although not particularly advantageous for this position, may assist me in customer service if a customer may require help with technology and I will quickly learn how to use technology that is given to me as a job responsibility.
- What skills do you possess?
I take pride in helping people and I believe I am good at it. I accrued hundreds upon hundreds of volunteer hours throughout my time in middle school and high school, including over 250 hours at my current job as a cashier and warehouse worker before I was employed there, over 50 hours on trips to San Antonio to rebuild the homes of people in poverty, and over 50 hours at homeless shelters and food banks serving and packaging food. I would say I am good at communicating with my customers and team members and can work efficiently in both mundane and complex tasks as long as I am given enough instruction initially.
