NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswirein July and August of 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism recorded record numbers of visitors from the United States. Israel welcomed 78,000 travelers from the United States in July 2022 that's a 4 percent increase from the year before, and 71,000 total travelers from the United States in August 2022, a 13% increase from 2019.

"It is so exciting to witness a new rise in the number of tourists visiting Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers of 2019." said Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America.
