Are Old Trail Crozet Homes Worth It?

<p>The Old Trail Development in Crozet is a planned community started in 2004 and located 19 mins to UVA (11.6 miles due west) and 25 mins (14.6 miles due west) to the historic Charlottesville Downtown Mall neighborhood.</p>

<p>Western Albemarle Schools are located outside the entrance and offer all three: elementary, middle, and high, and are considered some of the best public schools in Virginia.</p>

<p>The historic town of Crozet is within walking distance and offers tasty restaurants and a wonderful old hardware store where they guide &amp; serve you one at a time. Another one of my favs.</p>

<p>There are numerous vineyards nearby (including a vineyard that offers polo on Sundays at King Family Vineyard).</p>
<br>

<p>Shopping and more restaurants are a short drive away at the Blue Ridge Shopping Center (including a newer Harris Teeter).</p>

<p>The total build-out is to be 2,600 single-family homes.</p>
