He decided to focus on Manhattan's most exclusive real property market. Arif was an experienced investor and entrepreneur in business, regardless of New York's intimidating real property market.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization, and Sapir Organization approved the deal.

It was then that the first brick for Trump SoHo were laid.

The building's construction took two-years, and it was completed and ready for opening after two years.

Trump SoHo was built by design experts
Trump SoHo opened with apartments, hotel rooms, luxury bars and restaurants with a pool, spa, banquet, and event spaces.

Each floor had spectacular views of New York City from floor-to ceiling windows. The view of the city is breathtaking from the hotel's floor-to ceiling windows.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Handel Architects was responsible for the design of this building. Its latest projects include the National September 11th Memorial and Museum and RitzCarlton Hotel.
