In 2006, the first brick was laid in SoHo.

Trump SoHo was built by design veterans

In the wake of Trump SoHo's popularity, Bayrock Group began to design luxury real estate projects in conjunction together with the Trump Organization.

They were looking to construct buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida with Trump as the Trump name.

The 2008 financial crisis which impacted American real estate in the US made it impossible to construct projects in Arizona or Florida.

Bayrock Tevfik, Bayrock Group founder started to explore various projects in Europe and Central Asia after the U.S. market had changed.

Bayrock Group, while active in the United States, invested more $2.5 million in real assets.

Bayrock Group is not currently involved in any real estate developments in the United States.

Tevfik Ariff has resigned from his work as a member of Bayrock Group. However, he remains an admired and trusted advisor for the
