Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real-estate developer company, found itself working quickly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

The partnership between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent addition to the city's real estate scene.

Tevfik Ariff, the founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement to increase brand recognition and prestige.

According to his sources, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity in the building in return of having the Trump logo in the title.

The three companies reached an agreement and, in the year 2006, the initial brick for Trump SoHo was erected.

Two years later Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Sapir Organization created Trump SoHo to add to New York City's skyline.

Trump SoHo featured 46 stories that included restaurants and bars that were of high-end status banquet halls, event and banquet halls. Also, there was an outdoor pool and spa and apartments and hotel rooms.
