Minecraft is one of the world's greatest sandbox games, and Genshin Impact is possibly the most ambitious free-to-play RPGs going. Both don't have much in common outside of both having grass and hiding dark secrets, but they've come together now anyway thanks to this video.

The video's title is "Who requires Grenades when You Can Have... Pocket Creeper?". This led us to believe it was an actual Minecraft mod, and not one from Genshin one. But, hey, we've all been swindled before. The video shows Alex making a cute little creeper from clay, which is truly one of our most favorite things, even before it explodes. It does get a cuddle afterward, which is nice.
H4xolotl posted the video to Reddit, and it turns out that it's not just a little mod that turns Amber into Alex and Alex, but also each character and other parts. While the overall style of Genshin Impact is there, the creatures have all been replaced by Minecraft mobs. The Teyvat greens are lush, and the zombies look oddly at ease in them, however, even things like their boat have been changed.
It's a thrilling ride from beginning to end and it has us wondering if we'll ever get a more immersive Minecraft RPG. Although Minecraft Dungeons is a lot of fun and Minecraft Legends looks intriguing, there's nothing like sailing after throwing a cute creeper or fighting off a bunch of zombies using fancy martial art techniques and spears.
