Bonus: Để món trứng chiên có màu vàng đẹp mắt và xốp mềm, khi đập trứng vào tô, bạn nên cho thêm vài giọt chanh, ít dầu ăn, Sau đó, nêm đủ gia vị, đánh đều cho trứng nổi bọt rồi cho vào chảo dầu nóng chiên.
