What happens when one of our dev teams spends the summer eating honey for breakfast? We get inspired to add a new mob - the flappy fuzzy ball that is the bee! We also fell sick. Children need to eat an adequate diet.

The Bees have been added - Bee Nests and Hives - Added Honeycomb - Added some dispenser functionality - Minecraft: Java Edition now requires OpenGL 2.0 - A new function for loot tables called copy_state - Fixed bugs



Bee



We are buzzing with excitement



Can anyone tell Cory to stop using bee puns?



- Bees are cute, fuzzy and neutral mobs



- Don't hurt them, they won't want to hurt you - If the bees do bite you, it will leave its stinger on you and then die, leaving nothing behind :(



Bees love beautiful flowers and spend their lives collecting pollen from them



- After collecting pollen, bees fly to their nest.



The bees assist you to grow your crops and bring pollen back to the nest.



Bees can also be bred using flowers. Bees love sharing the location of their favorite flowers and with other bees.



- A bee may leave its nest if they don't find nectar.



Rain is not an ideal time for bees, and they prefer to stay in bed at the night. Xajwm's Blog They'll go back to the nest in these situations.



Bee Nests /Bee Hives



In real life, bees dance in their nests to show other bees where the flowers are!
