The Kerem Tunnel, Israel's newest bicycle tunnel, has been opened as part an extensive cycle path that circles the capital.


The tunnel connects the path between Nahal Refaim and Emek Motza. The tunnel's southern entrance is beneath Ein Laban in Refaim Park. https://www.makorrishon.co.il/mumlazim/524295/ The northern entrance is located in Nahal Ein Kerem.

The 2.1-kilometer long tunnel was inaugurated on Thursday by Jerusalem and heritage minister Ze'evElkin and Moshe Lion, the Mayor. Moshe Lion. Avi Baleshnikov of Gihon Chairman of Gihon as well as a multitude of cyclists were also in attendance.
