WRUP: a Public Service Announcement for the Saints Rowless Edition

If you've not had the chance to play Saint's Row the Third up until now, you now literally have no excuse. You can play the game for free on Steam this weekend, or purchase it at a very steep discount. However, this shouldn't be a necessity, because everyone should already own a copy game.



This could be an overly enthusiastic however, I'm serious in saying that my lack of enthusiasm at launch in the title was a huge mistake. You are denying yourself something truly amazing when you think it's a Grand Theft Auto clone. Download and install it, you have nothing to lose.

@nbrianna: Guild Wars 2 some certainly. I have Marvel Heroes, an invite to World of Warcraft without a return and it gives me reason to believe that Champions Online might be worth my time. It's a good weekend.



@Eliot_Lefebvre: I've got a few personal items to take care of this weekend but I'm looking forward to doing some role-playing in Star Wars: The Old Republic. I also want to play with some of the many RPGs with a tactical theme that I can download to my PSP.



@irljasmine - I've got 99 issues, but RIFT isn't one. Trion allowed everyone who bought RIFT start playing at no cost a little early so I decided to jump into Telara faster than you can say "wait, what do all these buttons do again". It's been a great feeling to be back, and I'm looking for a long weekend of playing rogue leveling.



@jefreahard - I'll be yelling at World of Warplanes, and mesmerizing my SWTOR Alts towards 55.



@Sypster - If Marvel Heroes launches -- which is likely to be difficult given the annoyances of the last week- then I'll give this Diablo replica a shot. Otherwise, I've got a brand-new Dragon character to take into Kingsmouth in The Secret World. Hope she doesn't get zombified!



@MikedotFoster - I'm back playing Dota 2 this weekend and conducting research on the game that won my Choose My Adventure poll. If there's time, I'd like to try some of EVE Online's latest exploration features.



@RichieProcopio: Besides my usual dose of Guild Wars 2 action, this weekend, I'll play some Minecraft. I'm a little late to the tree-punching event but my children and I recently begun playing together. They steal all the good things that I find despite my apparently-not-so-clever hiding places, but it's all good because I can send them to bed and then keep playing!



@terilynns: I have lots of leveling to do! I have a Romulan and as well as a Reman to assist me in my journey through the new Star Trek Online content. Tomorrow I will likely start a new Klingon-character! After a whole year of playing Lord of the Rings Online my main character has reached level 70 (Yes I'm not yet at the level cap!) I plan to have her level cap completed by the end of the summer! Being an altoholic is a time-consuming love, but I can say that I've never had more fun playing MMOs than I have had in the last month. There's a lot to do!
