Aside from sounding like old-school Worms characters, the Mi Alliance is actually pretty formidable. They're happy to create their own structures which is a unique enough trait. But, they're also a lot more intelligent than many Minecraft mobs and travel around the world in groups, ready to take on anyone they meet. You can watch them in action in the initial trailer for the mod.
You're not required to take the threats by yourself, and you can actually develop your own Mi Alliance and command them to fight on your behalf alongside you. The mod's 2.0 update was released this week (July 18 2018, 2018). It includes more weapons, enemies, ores, and more. This even includes special vehicles to help you explore, and new ruinarios to explore the depths of.
It's a very ambitious mod that creates Minecraft feel new again for long-time users. If the updates continue to roll out at the same speed, you can expect it grow into something truly extraordinary in the coming months. It's always exciting to see a mod evolve from being a good thing to something revolutionary, and this mod is Mi Alliance: Invasion!
