hi i'm bill monyo and when I was in school there was a gang and they kinda bullied me and other kids under there own age. there names were joey, Ashley his girlfriend and mike they were the most popular kids in the school and I wasn't cause I had down syndrome and they always used to laugh and giggle at me cause I had down syndrome. I told teachers but no matter how many teachers I tell they don't do anything like elementary school teachers do. they say they will be there in a sec and nope they don't show up to the problem EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! now im the one who has to get bullied WHY!!!!!!!!!! and the school bourd said that what been going on? I said that joey Ashley and mike keep laughing and giggleing at me cause I have down syndrome. he said well there's nothing I can do but send them in and suspend them for 4 weeks that's it. I said NO they need to be gone forever he said no they need to learn to bill I said I don't care there parents can teach them!!!!!
