Protect yourself from EMFs
Some people claim that blocking the EMF radiation from our environment is good for our health, but this has not been proven. EMF radiation levels are not set in stone and overexposure has not been thoroughly studied. Nevertheless, limiting your exposure to EMF radiation is always recommended for your health and safety. Fortunately, most EMF radiation is not dangerous. This radiation is natural and has existed for billions upon billions of years. Most of this radiation is visible to us as sunshine.

The EPA does not recommend a limit on low-level ionizing radiation.
An ex-health physicist, and former employee at the Sandia National Laboratories (one of three main nuclear weapons design centers), is asking for EPA limits on low-level ionizing radioactivity. He sent a copy of the SARI appeal to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. He didn't like Pruitt’s anti-science stance but he felt it was the right time to relax radiation standards.

The EPA regulates both natural and man-made radiation. Human physiology is not able to distinguish between the two, but the energy level of radiation determines the health effects.

Protective metal shielding
There are a variety of materials that are suitable for electromagnetic shielding. Metal is a popular choice due to its high conductivity and non-ferrous nature. Other common materials include carbon steel, pre-tin-plated steel, and copper. Silicone filled with metal particles is also used for some types of shielding.
