Treat the other Members of the Community with Respect

Your use of Minecraft is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement ("MSA"). The Code of Conduct section of Microsoft Services Agreement applies to all Microsoft products and the Xbox Community Standards. However, the Minecraft franchise continues to grow and introduces new Minecraft titles. Jasonotto This means that the Minecraft franchise is able to offer new features, such as new ways to interact, that can be explained to other users. To this end we've created the following Community Standards for the Minecraft franchise. Consider these standards as a guideline to how the Minecraft community should interact with each other and the game to keep our community a happy, safe, and enjoyable place for everyone.



We want players to have an inclusive, welcoming and enjoyable gaming experience any of our games. We also want to ensure that if players decide to not adhere to the Community Standards in one of the Minecraft franchise games, we are able to protect players across the franchise and within our community.



Community Standards



These useful Community Standards cover gameplay using Mojang's online services. This includes things like Featured Servers for platforms based on the Bedrock Engine and Realms. These policies might not be applicable to individual titles or sites. Make sure to take a look.



o Treat other community members with respect. This is core to everything we believe in. Please be polite and respectful when you express your opinion.



o If there's a chat feature available in a game , or on a website, be mindful of the experience of others. This means avoiding excessive posting or spamming. Additionally, all-caps can be considered to be yelling! The act of yelling at someone isn't always a good idea.



Our friendly moderators are ready to assist you if you are in a dispute with a player or have an unpleasant experience. Contact them and/or report the player using the tools available within the game. Whatever the case do not "name and shame" other members of the community in public since this is considered harassment.



You should think twice before publishing any information. Don't share personal information (phone numbers emails, passwords, email addresses account information physical addresses as well as first and last names, etc.) about yourself or anyone else.



You are not allowed to promote any kind of illegal activities.



Create content and create conversations that is encouraging and positive rather than negative and disparaging. It is important to note that posts and content should not be created in the hope of starting an argument or provoking negative responses.



Minecraft has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination against others, bullying or harassing others.



o Never give your account details to anyone. We won't ask you for your password, so don't give it.



Modification in Minecraft is not allowed in the base Minecraft game.

How do I submit a case study



Any player who meets the following criteria can submit an appeal:



- Has an active enforcement action. The duration of the enforcement exceeds 24 hours in length. The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months.
