Minecraft is an PC Sandbox game created by Markus "Notch" Persson using Jan in 2009. The official release of Minecraft was two years later, with Jens Bergensten assuming the development.

A font that is similar to the one used in the game has been designed by Pwnage Block, a member of DevianArt. Download it for personal use or get other 8-bit, blocky fonts from Textcraft and Fontspace.
