Minecraft is a truly multi-faceted sandbox game, but perhaps one of its most interesting uses is for education - and now the Minecraft: Education Edition mobile version is set to aid many more teachers around the world, as it's now "available to everyone" in open beta.
If you're unaware, this version of Minecraft is designed to teach an array of different topics that include STEM subjects and mathematics. The Minecraft: Education Edition PC version has been out for a fair while now but has never been released on iOS and Android except for a select few lucky people.

This beta version includes some important additions that regular Minecraft players will consider to be standard, such as an increase in the world's height as well as new cave generation options, higher mountains, and a bigger world. rock it like a hurricane This is all part 2 of the Caves and Cliffs update. There are also a few enhancements to multiplayer too, mostly aimed at making things easier to manage by requiring less configuration of networks. It's pretty niche because only teachers or students are likely to use Minecraft: Education Edition, however it's beneficial for this version of the game to be more accessible to those who may not have computers at home.
In other Minecraft news, one fan decided to recreate the original trailer of the game but with the modern-day era of the game. It's a wonderful experience for nostalgic reasons, and you should definitely check it out.
