Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism entry The Numbers Come From the United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/ Today the Israel Ministry of Tourism revealed record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States who visited Israel during July and August. The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States during July 2022 which was an increase by 4% over 2019 and 71,000 visitors from the United States during August 2022. That's a 13% growth over 2019.

"It is thrilling to witness a new rise in the number of tourists visiting Israel from the United States, already reaching and surpassing our record-breaking numbers in 2019" stated Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. "The United States is our number one market for Israel's inbound tourism. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw record-breaking number of tourists from Israel entering Israel each month. נווה פריצקי We are so happy to have witnessed this positive change and anticipate it to continue throughout the months and years to come."

Canada is poised to surpass Israel's arrivals in tourist numbers 7200 tourists are expected to visit Israel in July 2022, and 6,600 in August.

We're not too away from our record-setting numbers in 2019, and we are hoping that this increase in Israel travel will continue to grow as Canadians find it easier to travel across the world."
