Access Control/Mackenzie, Rehab and Bethune Buildings/17-09-2022/1:20hrs: Between the approximate times of 01:20hrs and 01:58hrs on (17-09-2022) Security Officer VIKASH KUMAR found the following doors unlocked or open while on patrol in the Mackenzie, Rehab and Bethune Buildings:

Bethune: ( 435, 422, 429, 431, 430, 428, 561 )
Rehab: (No door found)
All doors were closed as they were found by S/O VIKASH KUMAR and report number is
REPORT 2: Panic Alarm test
Alarm Response/Panic/Test/ 17-09-2022: At approximately 03:25hrs, Security Officer VIKASH KUMAR proceeded to test the panic alarms for the 5th, 7th, and 8th floors within the Rehab Building.
8th floor - panic alarm tag KELSEY – Response came through loud and clear.
7th floor - panic alarm tag BIB – Response came through loud and clear.
5th floor - panic alarm tag CHLOE P – Response came through loud and clear.
Finished testing at 03:40hrs with no issue. and report number is
